Small-batch Production

This technology is ideal for the production of complex parts in small quantities.

Assembled mechanical sub-assembly comprising a robot, actuators and pneumatic lines
Assembly

Assembly is a decisive step in manufacturing, in which various components are assembled into a functioning product.

A Selection of our Projects

Automation, Robotics and Special Engineering in Detail

Automated nonwoven production line

Our production line brings together several nonwoven webs and joins them during continuous processing. Robotics, hot-melt adhesive application and automatic packaging complement the process.

Automatic camera inspection of belt sections

Two cameras capture the features of the belt sections during inspection. An integrated turning mechanism enables inspection of both the top and bottom surfaces.

Automated belt manufacturing

From cutting the webbing and assembling attachments to folding and sewing, our system combines the individual steps into an automated manufacturing process.

Semi-automatic sewing process

The operator places the product in a fixture and starts the sewing cycle. The machine then automatically executes the programmed stitch pattern.

How to request CNC contract manufacturing correctly: The checklist for a quick, reliable quote
Missing material specifications, unclear tolerances or conflicting CAD and drawing data can cause unnecessary delays to a CNC enquiry. Clarification takes time – and a quotation may end up being based entirely on assumptions. If you prepare your documentation thoroughly, you will receive a reliable quotation more quickly and minimise the need for subsequent changes. This checklist shows what information a CNC contract manufacturer typically requires for turned and milled parts, and how to structure your enquiry so that technical feasibility, quality, price and delivery date can be realistically assessed.
